Loretta Ann Prater, 42, of 1904 Havena Ave., No. 4, Fort Pierce, was arrested on Dec. 21 and charged with grand theft and contributing to the delinquency of a minor.
Jeffery S. Williams, 40, 11733 Crest Creek Drive, Riverview, was arrested on Dec. 23 and charged with leaving the scene of an accident with injuries, driving under the influence and refusal to submit to a DUI test.
Parisa Farbakhsh, 22, of 3658 S.W. Darwin Blvd., Port St. Lucie, was arrested on Dec. 23 and charged with battery on a health care worker.

Russell Lorenzo Baldwin, 35, of 1655 N. 29th St., Apt. 803, Fort Pierce, was arrested on Dec. 20 and charged with trafficking cocaine, possession of a weapon by a convict, possession of cocaine with intent to sell, possession of not more than 20 grams of marijuana, possession of a controlled substance and resisting arrest.
Peter Paul Prygon, 45, of 1055 S.W. Mataro Ave., Port St. Lucie, was arrested on Dec. 20 and charged with organized fraud.
