Kristi Larkins, 25, 4102 S.W. Tuscol Road, Port St. Lucie, was charged with robbery by sudden snatching.
Nicolas De Nova Cornejo, 36, 7007 Raymond Road, Graham, N.C., was charged with domestic battery by strangulation.
Tiffany Ann Scott, 46, 255 N.E. Blairwood Drive, Jensen Beach, was charged with possession of a controlled substance without a prescription, possession of less than 20 grams of marijuana and possession of a controlled substance.

Jennifer Vandonkelaar, 59, 3574 S.W. Parsons St., Port St. Lucie, was charged with driving under the influence of drugs or alcohol, possession of less than 20 grams of marijuana, possession of drug paraphernalia and two counts of possession of a controlled substance.

Julie Ann Hodgkins, aka Julie Duke, 47, 5097 S.E. Isabelita Ave., Stuart, was charged with sale, manufacture, delivery or possession with intent to sell a synthetic cannabinoid within 1,000 feet of a church.
Christopher Alan Akos, 34, 18331 S.E. Pool Lane, Tequesta, was charged with domestic battery, theft of a vehicle, robbery and battery on a law enforcement officer.
