Terrance DeJuan Smith, 35, of 2411 Victor Road, Cocoa, was charged Dec. 23 as a habitual traffic offender driving on a suspended license, possession of not more than 20 grams of marijuana, possession of drug paraphernalia and felony on-site violation of probation.

William Howard Bartlett, 60, of 367 Brevard Ave. N., Cocoa Beach, was charged Dec. 23 with disorderly intoxication in a public place, possession of not more than 20 grams of marijuana, resisting arrest without violence, battery on an officer/firefighter/EMT and two counts of resisting arrest with violence.

Zachary Wilfredo Feliciano, 18, of 844 W.C. Stafford St. W., Titusville, was charged Dec. 24 with unarmed burglary of an occupied dwelling, petit larceny and carrying a concealed firearm.
Jonathan David Palmer, 31, of 3511 Royal Oak Drive, Titusville, was charged Dec. 24 with felony battery by strangulation-domestic violence.

Christopher Hernandez Soto, 24, of 1570 Bream St., Merritt Island, was charged Dec. 24 with leaving the scene of a crash without rendering aid.

James Marvin Bailey, 31, address unknown, was charged Dec. 21 with larceny.
Reshod B. Lewis, 19, of 121 Bryant St., Titusville, was charged Dec. 21 on an out-of-county warrant, with attempting to solicit/conspire and felony violation of probation.
Kwesi Kayode Philpot, 40, address unknown, was charged Dec. 21 with unarmed home invasion robbery.
Brandon J. Banks, 33, of 945 Tropical Trail, Merritt Island, was charged Dec. 22 with attempting to solicit/conspire and burglary with assault/battery.
Carlton Ethan Collins, 23, of 1053 Willow Lane, Cocoa, was charged Dec. 22 with driving while license suspended, possession of cocaine, smuggling contraband into a detention center and felony on-site violation of probation.
Joseph Michael Minor, 46, of 8753 Palmetto Court, Cape Canaveral, was charged Dec. 22 with felony driving under the influence.
