Dusseldorf Ave., Palm Bay, was charged Dec. 23 with trafficking a controlled substance, possession of cocaine, possession of a controlled substance without a prescription, possession of not more than 20 grams of marijuana, destroying/tampering with/fabricating evidence and as a habitual traffic offender driving on a suspended license.

James Marvin Bailey, 31, address unknown, was charged Dec. 21 with larceny.
Kwesi Kayode Philpot, 40, address unknown, was charged Dec. 21 with unarmed home invasion robbery.
Christian Lawson Wilcox, 28, address unknown, was charged Dec. 22 with unarmed robbery by sudden snatching, kidnapping-false imprisonment of an adult and felony battery.
