Police Report - Port Orange

Editor's note: This is a list of arrests, not convictions, and all arrestees are presumed innocent unless or until proven guilty in a court of law.

Daytona Shores Police Department

Marilyn Rachel Ritz, 25, of Daytona Beach Shores, was arrested on Dec. 19 and charged with dealing in stolen property. Bail was set at $1,500.

Port Orange Police Department

Scott Alan Plantz, 30, of Port Orange, was arrested on Dec. 19 and charged with illegal possession of a shopping/laundry cart, burglary of a structure, criminal mischief and loitering. Bail was set at $3,000.

Billy Ray Ivey, 49, of Port Orange, was arrested on Dec. 20 and charged with aggravated battery and domestic violence assault. Bail was set at $7,000.

Shanda R. Virga, 48, of Port Orange, was arrested on Dec. 22 and charged with possession of a schedule V substance and criminal mischief. Bail was set at $3,500.

South Daytona Police Department

Edward J. Langlois, 44, of South Daytona, was arrested on Dec. 19 and charged with possession of paraphernalia, possession of a schedule II substance, and unlawful use or issuance of a temporary tag. Bail was set at $2,000.

Jessica L. Kimble, 23, of South Daytona, was arrested on Dec. 23 and charged with burglary of an unoccupied dwelling. Bail was not set.

Kenneth Charles Jones, 23, of South Daytona, was arrested on Dec. 24 and charged with criminal mischief, burglary while armed, burglary of an occupied dwelling, and obstructing an officer without violence. Bail was set at $13,500.

Volusia County Sheriff's Office

Michael T. Dunbar, 24, of Port Orange, was arrested on Dec. 25 and charged with burglary of an unoccupied dwelling. Bail was set at $20,000.
