Crime Stoppers of Northeast Florida is seeking information regarding the identity of a man who was captured on surveillance video robbing the Deltona Inn.
The robbery took place in the early morning hours of Monday, December 10, 2012. The suspect, who was described as approximately 40-50 years old with dark hair, implied that he had a gun and ordered the front desk clerk to hand over the money. The clerk placed money from the register on the counter and then the suspect grabbed the cash and fled the scene, possibly in a 2006 or newer silver, 4-door Honda Civic.
The suspect was last seen wearing tan shorts, a plaid shirt, dark shoes with no socks and a ball cap. He also was carrying a cane.
