Mr. Moss, vice president of industrial properties, represented the tenant, Oak Ridge Micro Energy, that leased the space at 751 North Drive in Melbourne.
The company licenses thin-film lithium and lithium ion, solid-state batteries for industry.
The rechargeable batteries are thinner than common plastic wrap.
The landlord is CIA Developers.

The former Bassett Furniture Building, located at 2900 W. New Haven Ave., West Melbourne, and approximately 20 acres of vacant land on Simon Road, in West Melbourne, were recently sold.
