New Smyrna Beach Police Department
Tonya Michelle Olivares, 31, of New Smyrna Beach, was arrested on Dec. 15 and charged with driving under the influence. Bail was set at $500.
Edgewater Police Department
Meghan M. Long, 19, of Edgewater, was arrested on Dec. 14 and charged with obstructing an officer without violence and possession of an alcoholic beverage under the age of 21 years. Bail was set at $1,000.
Ian C. Denmark, 22, of Edgewater, was arrested on Dec. 14 and charged with contributing to the delinquency of a minor. Bail was not set.
Adam B. Harvey, 37, of Edgewater, was arrested on Dec. 16 and charged with prior refusal to submit testing, fleeing/eluding with lights/siren active, and driving under the influence. Bail was set at $2,000.
Volusia County Sheriff's Office
George A. Jones, 52, of Oak Hill, was arrested on Dec. 14 and charged with battery causing bodily harm. Bail was set at $10,000.
Darius Deshawn Culp, 26, of Edgewater, was arrested on Dec. 14 and charged with possession of paraphernalia and possession of cannabis with intent to sell. Bail was set at $33,000.
Kyle J. Draper, 31, of New Smyrna Beach, was arrested on Dec. 15 and charged with possession of cannabis. Bail was not set.
Joshua G. Ayers, 21, of New Smyrna Beach, was arrested on Dec. 15 and charged with a drug offense. Bail was set at $1,000.
Zachary Anthony Ciaramella, 24, of Oak Hill, was arrested on Dec. 18 and charged with battery on a law enforcement officer. Bail was set at $5,000.
