Port Orange Police Department
Donald Craig Leonard, 46, of Port Orange, was arrested on Dec. 14 and charged with battery. Bail was not set.
Jeffery L. Kato, 51, of Port Orange, was arrested on Dec. 14 and charged with obstructing an officer without violence. Bail was set at $250.
Lorraine C. Montgomery, 46, of Port Orange, was arrested on Dec. 15 and charged with giving a false name upon arrest and driving with a revoked license. Bail was set at $500.
Stephen James Petty, 28, of Port Orange, was arrested on Dec. 15 and charged with driving with a revoked license and obstructing an officer without violence. Bail was set at $1,500.
Scott Hanley Peach III, 22, of Port Orange, was arrested on Dec. 18 and charged with possession of paraphernalia and a drug offense. Bail was set at $1,500.
South Daytona Police Department
Jean Marie Higdon, 63, of South Daytona, was arrested on Dec. 15 and charged with false report of a non-existent crime and battery. Bail was set at $250.
Stacey L. Leonard, 31, of South Daytona, was arrested on Dec. 16 and charged with grand theft and battery. Bail was set at $750.
Paul Ducret III, 48, of South Daytona, was arrested on Dec. 18 and charged with aggravated battery on a person over 65 years of age, assault on a person over 65 years of age, and criminal mischief. Bail was not set.
Daytona Beach Shores Police Department
Deborah Kay Faulconer, 53, of Daytona Beach Shores, was arrested on Dec. 15 and charged with open container. Bail was set at $213.
Volusia County Sheriff's Office
Dana John Milchak, 47, of South Daytona, was arrested on Dec. 14 and charged with trespassing in an occupied structure. Bail was set at $500.
Sara Bishop, 34, of Port Orange, was arrested on Dec. 14 and charged with failure to redeliver a hired vehicle. Bail was set at $1,000.
Angelo Phillip Lavezza, 22, of Port Orange, was arrested on Dec. 17 and charged with burglary of an occupied dwelling and traffic in controlled substance. Bail was set at $25,000.
Kenneth D. Harris, 52, of Port Orange, was arrested on Dec. 18 and charged with aggravated assault with a deadly weapon. Bail was not set.
Jonathan Raymond Carson, 46, of Port Orange, was arrested on Dec. 18 and charged with burglary with assault or battery, pawning items with false owner info, and dealing in stolen property. Bail was not set.
