Paul Joseph Miller, 31, of 779 Onyx Drive N.E., Palm Bay, was charged Dec. 7 with felony battery and felony child abuse.
David Marrero Jr., 29, of 1491 Ashboro Circle, Palm Bay, was charged Dec. 8 with fleeing/eluding a law enforcement officer with lights displayed and possession of not more than 20 grams of marijuana.
Randy Smallwood, 57, of 2299 Fallon Blvd., Palm Bay, was charged Dec. 8 with aggravated assault with a deadly weapon.
Tiffany Joan Swann, 29, of 2197 Doctor Harvey Riley St., Palm Bay, was charged Dec. 8 with armed burglary of a dwelling/structure/conveyance, aggravated assault with a deadly weapon, burglary with assault/battery and resisting arrest without violence.
Frederick D. Walraven, 33, of 471 Mercury Ave., Palm Bay, was charged Dec. 8 with aggravated assault with a deadly weapon, kidnapping-false imprisonment of an adult and felony battery by strangulation-domestic violence.
Flores Edwin Creuz, 25, of 2147 Dr. Harvey Riley St. N.W., Melbourne, was charged Dec. 11 with felony battery and felony battery by strangulation-domestic violence.
Candice L. Seevers, 24, of 183 Daffodil Circle S.W. Palm Bay, was charged Dec. 12 with possession of drug paraphernalia, aggravated battery causing bodily harm, felony battery by strangulation-domestic violence and two counts of possession of a controlled substance without a prescription.
Thomas Joseph Smallwood, 18, of 2299 Fallon Blvd. N.E., Palm Bay, was charged Dec. 12 with aggravated battery causing bodily harm.

Leroy L. Mucho, 54, address unknown, was charged Dec. 7 with grand theft auto, unarmed burglary of an unoccupied dwelling and possession of a controlled substance without a prescription.
Brian M. Pearson, 36, of 948 Tavernier Circle, Palm Bay, was charged Dec. 7 with failure to appear, larceny, fraud-giving a false statement of ownership to a secondhand property dealer, two counts of unarmed burglary of an occupied dwelling, two counts of fraud-giving false ownership information to pawn items and three counts of dealing in stolen property.
David Mike Tribe, 32, address unknown, was charged Dec. 7 with possession of a controlled substance without a prescription and producing methamphetamines.
Cecil George Elswick, 44, of 624 Shorthills Drive, Palm Bay, was charged Dec. 8 with fraud-swindling to obtain property.
Robert Gary Ortner, 31, of 3350 Dixie Highway, Palm Bay, was charged Dec. 8 with fraud-issuing a check with insufficient funds.
James Gerald Tucker, 37, address unknown, was charged Dec. 8 with trafficking a controlled substance, delivering/distributing drugs, two counts of possession of a controlled substance without a prescription, two counts of petit larceny and three counts of felony failure to appear.
Phillip Edward Yuhasz, 38, of 1361 Gillott St. N.W., Palm Bay, was charged Dec. 9 with driving under the influence, refusing to submit to a balance test, possession of drug paraphernalia, resisting arrest without violence, two counts of resisting arrest with violence and two counts of felony battery on an officer/firefighter/EMT.
Jason Edward Yanta, 30, address unknown, was charged Dec. 10 with violation of probation, possession of a controlled substance without a prescription, possession of not more than 20 grams of marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia.
Robert Allen Naber, 28, of 1498 Wigmore St., Palm Bay, was charged Dec. 11 with passing a counterfeited instrument, larceny and violation of probation.
